Ailes Marines, owned by Iberdrola, is in charge of the development, construction and operation of the Saint-Brieuc the offshore wind farm. Ailes Marines chartered Bibby WaveMaster 1 in December 2023 and were able to complete test and termination of cables in the wind turbine generator of the Saint-Brieuc offshore wind farm.

Steve has over 15 years’ experience in commercial roles in the offshore energy maritime sector, including more than a decade supporting O&M and construction activities on offshore windfarms with marine accommodation and transfer solutions. As Commercial & Client Account Manager he is responsible for developing opportunities for the Bibby SOV fleet as well as managing existing contracts with both Oil & Gas and Renewables majors, while his role as chair of the Operation Zero vessel working group involves coordinating stakeholders across the offshore wind value chain with the aim of decarbonising support vessel operations.
