We recognise the importance of promoting diversity and gender equality across our vessels, with statistics showing that only 7% of UK seafarers are female – through our partnership with Clyde Marine Training, we are pleased to see that the marine industry is becoming a more inclusive and welcoming space.

We strive to provide our colleagues with a safe, healthy and inclusive workplace and offer mental health training and have mental health first aiders available to all colleagues. We also offer equality and diversity awareness and continue to recognise and celebrate events including International Women’s Day and Mental Health Awareness Week.
